  • Potato โ€“ 1 medium, chopped
  • Carrot โ€“ 1 medium, chopped

  • Whole spices (cinnamon, cardamom, cloves) โ€“ small pinch each
  • Onion โ€“ 1 small, chopped
  • Green chillies โ€“ 1โ€“2, chopped
  • Ginger-garlic paste โ€“ 1 tsp
  • Water โ€“ 2 cups + little extra
  • Curry leaves โ€“ few
  • Grinded paste (coconut or cashew-based for smoothness) โ€“ 1/2 cup

Boil the vegetables:
1. Add potato, carrot, beans, and peas to a pot.
2. Boil for 2โ€“3 whistles until just cooked.

Prepare the paste:
